SEO Translation: Why is it so important?
SEO translation is translating and optimising the content of a website with a focus to improve searchability and visibility in Google. By adapting to the linguistic and cultural nuances of different countries and regions, your blog or website will be visible to a bigger audience, and visitors will be more likely to complete your customer journey.
I am an SEO translator based in Waterlooville, near Portsmouth, Hampshire, and I will help you optimise your website content and blog content for a specific target language and audience.
The best way to attract new customers is to speak their language
As a Spanish consumer, I appreciate it when a business has a localised website. I feel better connected to their product and more confident to engage with their services, regardless of my level of English.
A recent study from CSA Research found that 65 % of customers would prefer to buy from a website in their native language, and 76 % prefer products with information in their own language.
Investing in SEO translation can be a valuable way to expand a business’s reach and tap into new markets. With the right strategy and approach, businesses can connect with their target audience on a deeper level and increase their chances of success in international markets.
I offer high-quality website content translation and SEO translation in Spanish. SEO Translation and Keyword research
SEO translation and keyword localisation go hand in hand. It involves translating the text into another language and correctly placing in a natural way all the keywords across the translated text. The SEO translator will use appropriately all the localised keywords in titles, headings, meta descriptions, and Alt tags.
For keyword localisation jobs, I will make it very easy for you: If you have a list of keywords in English, you can ask me to do a new search in Spanish. My job will consist of finding the equivalent keywords in the Spanish market.
Just before I start translating the content, I conduct a thorough keyword research; I look at your competitors’ websites and search for the highest, lowest search volume and keyword density. I will then provide you with a keyword list based on your existing website with the corresponding keyword localisation and a second list with a back-translation into English. Once I have completed the research and analyse which keywords are the best, I will start the process called keyword implementation, applying SEO best practices and using the terms naturally, avoiding keyword stuffing.
I can also support you with :
- Metadata localisation: title and meta descriptions that shows on a SERP.
- Image content localisation.
- Alt text.
- Market research.
